Using waste reduction as a lever to create better workplaces

Founder-led

Hélène founded Circular Workplaces after ten years running circular economy programmes inside facilities management: at ISS and CBRE - in some of the most complex workplaces in the UK and globally.

That experience taught her one thing: most businesses want to cut waste and cost, but nobody can see what's actually being thrown away. Circular Workplaces closes that gap - helping teams create more value from what's already moving through their buildings.

What we believe

01

Optimism

We lead with possibility. Waste is not a problem to manage; it's an opportunity to unlock for the whole organisation.

02

Upstream thinking

Real change happens before the bin. We fix waste at the source, not the symptom, so the problem doesn't return,

03

System change

We don't do one-off wins. We embed change across organisations, supply chains and communities.

04

People first

Workplaces should be loved by the people who use them every day. That's what drives everything we do.

This isn't just better recycling. It's rethinking how workplaces operate.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same methodology

Designed by Hélène, run with your teams, so it works whether you have one site or many

We help organisations move beyond recycling towards real reduction — working closely with facilities management, sustainability and procurement teams to design waste out and build workplaces that work better.
